The Saturday afternoon ceremony was attended by approximately 70 guests, including Oscar winner Sean Penn and White Stripes musician Jack Johnson, who are friends of the groom.
The couple got engaged in December 2009 when the 45-year-old singer proposed to Jill, 32, at the Kennedy Centre Honors Gala in Washington, where Eddie was on-hand to pay tribute to honoree Bruce Springsteen.
Vedder and McCormick are parents to daughters Olivia, 6, and Harper Moon, who is 1 1/2.
