It’s been nearly four months since Peter Jackson last offered a video update from the set of The Hobbit, but the wait is over! The latest update focuses on the use of 3D in the film and offers a lot of behind-the-scenes footage from soundstage shooting so far. Check it out in the player below!
The first part, The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey is scheduled to hit theaters on December 14, 2012 while the second, The Hobbit: There and Back Again is coming on December 13, 2013.
