Even though her Indian Premier League team Kings IX Punjab failed to spin its magic this season, actress Preity Zinta did not hesitate from applauding the win of Shah Rukh Khan’s team Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR).
“Big hug to all and am so happy for SRK because of KKR win… lots of love,” Preity tweeted.
On a day when Preity’s team was defeated by nine wickets by Shilpa Shetty’s Rajasthan Royals, Shah Rukh’s team won by 14 runs in a match with Delhi Daredevils.
While Kings IX Punjab is positioned last in the 8-team tournament, Kolkata Knight Riders is at the sixth position.
