Now, Aviva Drescher has a new title to put to the many she’s earned: Author.

The 5-foot-10 stunner bares her soul in her new book Leggy Blonde: A Memoir, baring her soul about the farming accident that led to the amputation of her left leg, and the aftermath of it, including tries to re-attach it, and a trip to India she took to be “cured.” The gorgeous New Yorker finally found the vehicle to veer the attention away from her prosthesis in fashion, on a soul-searching sojourn to Paris in her early 20s.

Appearing on Monday’s edition of Watch What Happens Live, the Upper West Side beauty ventured into more detail about the accident, and her “incredibly moving” return to the scene of where the life-changing incident took place, with the childhood friend that was with her at time.

“It was really difficult,” the outspoken star said, nothing she hadn’t seen her friend since the day of the accident, a span of “35, 36 years.”

“And because of the show, she saw me on television, and she sent me a message on Facebook,” Aviva, who has more than 100,000 Twitter followers, said. “It was incredibly moving.”

Aviva, who also has an anti-anxiety supplement called Vivacalm due out next month, also goes into detail in the book over personal pains such as chronic panic attacks and phobias, and her mother’s tragic battle with the bottle.
