Rock And Roll Marathon kicks off on Sunday as 30,000 runners flock together to run a total distance of 26.2 miles.
The Rock And Roll Marathon of San Diego starts at the Sixth Avenue and shall end at the Sea World. Reportedly, this is the 13th year of Rock And Roll Marathon in the city of San Diego.
Among other special performances at the Rock And Roll Marathon is “Big Bad Voodoo Daddy” who shall set the tune right for the post race party and a rock concert.
San Diego mayor Jerry Sanders shall fire the gun that marks the start of the 13th San Diego Rock And Roll Marathon. The runners starts off at the Sixth Avenue which is adjacent to Balboa Park and Hillcrest and shall move towards Petro Park.
