The Guns ‘N Roses star — real name Saul Hudson — has filed for divorce from his partner of nearly nine years citing the celeb-favored irreconcilable differences. Slash and Ferrar wed on Oct. 15, 2001. According to Los Angeles County Superior Court documents, obtained by TMZ.com, the couple separated in mid-July.
Court documents indicate the rocker is asking for joint physical and legal custody of the couple’s two young sons — ages six and eight — and is willing to pay spousal support since there is no prenuptial agreement.
Slash was previously married to actress Renee Suran. That five-year union ended in divorce in 1997.
