Sony’s PlayStation 3 has been recently updated with 3.30 system firmware that will add the 3D stereoscopic gaming experience. Sony is making plans to launch PC Remote Play on PS3 utilizing its VAIO PCs that would be released in near future.

Along with the plans to bring 3D stereoscopic gaming with trophy enhancements, Sony also seems making plans to introduce 3D BRAVIA TVs.

the VAIO branded PCs will be able to access PS3’s XMB (Xross Media Bar) Interface for music, videos and photos. This latest 3.30 firmware also provides the browser with Flash compatibility along with region free Blu-ray movie playback.

However the End User License Agreement has stated that Sony can upgrade its PS3 whenever it feels like without announcements but now it’s interesting to wait and watch whether the PS3 development community go with the custom firmware or will go by the official ones?
