Petrol and diesel rates will be increasing by 50 paisa per litre from April 1 in 13 cities that would include Mumbai, Delhi, Kolkata, Chennai, Hyderabad, Bangalore, Lucknow, Kanpur, Agra, Surat, Ahmedabad, Pune and Sholapur.
