Should Modern Family Replace Baby Lily?

A casting notice has been circulating around Hollywood, seeking a female “Asian, 3- to 4-year-old” to replace a character on Modern Family. By process of elimination, I have deduced that the character the show is replacing is Lily, Cameron and Mitchell’s adopted Vietnamese daughter. (Don’t ask me how. I just have a gift for these things.)
