To promote their comedy “This Is the End,” currently in theaters, stars Danny McBride, Seth Rogen, Jay Baruchel, James Franco, and Craig Robinson — who play “themselves” in the movie — have filmed a urine-doused “Real World” send-up, also as debauched versions of themselves.
