Friday’s ratings saw the return of Shark Tank after a couple weeks off, Fox’s dramas slipping and NBC’s Grimm getting some non-grim news.

The ratings for Fox’s Fringe rose its second week back on the air, enough to tie NBC’s Grimm at 9 p.m.

Fringe was seen by 3.1 million viewers and delivered a 1.2 adult demo rating, up 33.33333333 percent from last week (if you want to be really exact about it). ‘Undercover Boss’ ratings slip, ‘Shark Tank’ rebounds

CBS’ Undercover Boss waded into Friday nights last week and wiped the floor with its rivals. But last night things got competitive again.

Boss (8.6 million viewers, 1.9 adults 18-49 ratings) dropped 21 percent its second week in its new time slot (hey, welcome to Fridays! TV ratings: ‘Glee’ up a little, ‘Cougar Town’ off slightly Tuesday; CBS coasts to victory
