‘Fringe’ ratings up a tick after renewal

With a fifth and final season secured, Fox’s Fringe ratings were up slightly in the preliminary numbers Friday night.

Fringe perked up to 3.1 million viewers and 1.1 in the adult demo, though that’s still well within the drama’s usual fluctuation range.
