How can one Trim and Slim by practicing the Shaktebrhamaanda Kreyaa? Read this article to find out for yourself.

The overweight people tend to generally feel disturbed mentally by the excess weight/fat of their physical bodies, since several diseases are associated with one's being overweight. This seems to be especially true in the case of the American people a large number of whom are said to be overweight. Also, the ladies conscious of their figures can't take in this weight problem easily.

There are already numerous remedies being offered to overcome one's excess weight and become slim. So, you may wonder naturally as to what new remedy is being offered here?

Well, this remedy already exists, but I am honestly sure of the most of you not being aware of it. This remedy called the SHAKTEBRHAMAANDA KREYAA consisting of both the ‘PRAANNA SHODHANA KREYAA' and the NAABHEBRHAMAANDA KREYAA does help tremendously in reducing one's excess weight with the main bonus being a flexible and SLIM physical body.

[A]. The Concept of the ‘PRAANNA SHODHANA KREYAA':

1. Sit comfortably on a woolen mat in the Sidhaasana mode. Now, close both of your eyes. Concentrate on the third eye center. With the inner focus being on the third eye center, do the AAde Shankaraachaarya's NAADEE SHODHANA KREYAA. This essentially means that first of all do close your right nostril with the help of your right ANGUUTHAA [thumb] and inhale the breath slowly through your left nostril, retain this breath for 2-5 seconds and exhale it slowly through the left nostril only. This is one cycle. Repeat such 11 cycles.

2. Then, close your left nostril with the help of the Tarjanee [index finger] of the right palm and inhale the breath slowly through your right nostril, retain this breath for 2-5 seconds and exhale it slowly through the right nostril only. Repeat such 11 cycles.

3. After this, close your right nostril with the help of your right Anguthaa [thumb] and inhale the breath slowly through your left nostril, retain this breath for 2-5 seconds. Then, close the left nostril with the TARJANEE [INDEX FINGER] of the right palm, open the right nostril by lifting the ANGUUTHAA from the right nostril and exhale the retained breath through the right nostril. Hold this breath outside for 1-5 seconds. Keep your left nostril closed, inhale the breath slowly through your right nostril, retain this breath for 2-5 seconds and then close the right nostril with the ANGUUTHAA of the right palm, open the left nostril by lifting the TARJANEE [INDEX FINGER] of the right palm from the left nostril and exhale the retained breath through the left nostril. This process is one cycle. Repeat such 11 cycles.

The ‘PRAANNA SHODHANA KREYAA' warms up the physical body and makes it ready to receive the application of the NAABHEBRHAMAANDA KREYAA comfortably.

[B] The Concept of the NAABHEBRHAMAANDA KREYAA:

1. The word ‘SHAKTE' means the POWER or the FORCE. The word ‘BRHAMAANDA' means the UNIVERSE.

2. Here, the power of the PRAANNA is used to integrate the life-forces of both the NAABHE [Navel] and the BRHAMAANDA [Skull/brain] areas.

3. After having completed the AAde Shankaraachaarya's NAADEE SHODHANA KREYAA, remain in the relaxed Sidhaasana position for 2-5 minutes, inhaling and exhaling the breath from both the nostrils slowly. Then, take the breath in from both the nostrils slowly with the stomach expanding/bulging, close your left nostril with the help of the right Tarjanee and close your right nostril with the help of the right Anguutha simultaneously, retain this inhaled breath in the stomach for 2-5 seconds, open both of your nostrils by removing the right Tarjanee from the left nostril and the right Anguthaa from the right nostril and then exhale it CHANTING the word ‘A-U-M'. This is one cycle. Do such 11 cycles.

While doing the above Kreyaa, you will feel the pressure on your tummy, hips and the curve area on your waist. During the exhaling, you will feel the tummy trying to meet your spinal chord with the breast/chest moving up and outward besides the curve area on both sides of the waist stretching inwardly-up in a curvilinear way. Also, you will feel the vibrations of the word A -U-M travelling from the lower part of your body to the upper part of your body. This vibration and the slow pressure makes your this Tummy-Hips-Curve area flexible.

4. Now, take the breath in from both the nostrils slowly with the chest/breast lifting up and expanding/bulging, close your left nostril with the help of the right Tarjanee and close your right nostril with the help of the right Anguutha simultaneously, retain this inhaled breath in the BRAHAMAANDA [skull/brain] area for 2-5 seconds, open both of your nostrils by removing the right Tarjanee from the left nostril and the right Anguthaa from the right nostril and then exhale it. This is one cycle. Do such 11 cycles.

While doing the above Kreyaa, you will feel the upward and the outward pressure on your breast/chest, stretching of the abdomen and the curve area on your waist. During the inhaling, you will feel the tummy trying to meet your spinal chord with the breast/chest moving up and outward besides the curve area on both sides of the waist stretching inwardly-up in a curvilinear way. This slow pressure/stretching makes your this Breast/Chest-Abdomen-Curve area flexible.

The Perceptible Benefits of the SHAKTEBRHAMAANDA KREYAA:

1. The Praannas/life force becomes clean/purified.

2. It helps get a lot of the Karmic load burnt/deleted.

3. It makes the Maanav [human] body flexible.

4. Above all, it does help the ladies to get that figure and curvilinear body that they desire so much in their fantasy.

The Essential/Desired Precautions:

1. Do this Kreyaa under the guidance of some really fully competent Yoga instructor/master/expert/guru only.

2. Those having undergone surgeries and those with brittle/weak bones/hyper-tension need not do this Kreyaa.

3. This Kreyaa must be done on an empty stomach only.

4. Your both eyes must remain closed throughout this Kreyaa.

5. This Kreyaa must be done preferably only when you are totally physically fresh and relaxed.

6. The inhaling and the exhaling of the breath must be done absolutely slowly and with patience.

7. Don't stretch up/out your breast/chest beyond the optimum level, as there always is the danger of the breast/chest tissues getting ruptured if it is done unsafely.

8. Do take care of your food regimen. Don't eat any solid food for 30 minutes at least, after having done this Kreyaa. Eat any solid food only after having taken in some amount of water. Take in the optimum amount of water daily to detoxify your physical body.
