DisneyPixar announced today that the Monsters, Inc. prequel Monsters University has been pushed back from November 2, 2012 to June 21, 2013. There are no other movies scheduled around that date yet.
Directed by Dan Scanlon, the film shows how best friends Sulley (voiced by John Goodman) and Mike (voiced by Billy Crystal) first met while attending Monsters University.

Walt Disney Pictures officially announced today at CinemaCon that their Monsters, Inc. follow-up will indeed be a prequel and will officially be titled Monsters University .
