Teenage badass Taylor Momsen — or as she’s commonly known: “The Anti-Miley” — is the very angry face of Madonna & Lourdes’ hotly-awaited Material Girl clothing line.
The Gossip Girl’s star’s first ad for the freshman brand — set to hit the racks of Macy’s next month — emerged online Wednesday. The always-edgy Taylor manages to give us the finger with her eyes, but we don’t get much of a glimpse at Madge and Lourdes’ designs. Speaking of which, we wonder why Lourdes wasn’t selected to front this campaign?
We won’t have much time to ponder that: Macy’s is already running a teaser campaign for the collection’s release: “Who is the Material Girl? Find out on 8.3.2010, only at Macy’s.”
