Thomas Jane Patricia Arquette Divorce

Thomas Jane and Patricia Arquette — stars of television’s Hung and Medium, respectively — are divorcing.

This time for real.

The actress – who, last year, called off plans to divorce husband Thomas Jane after filing papers citing “irreconcilable differences” – has decided to legally end her four-year marriage although the split is said to be amicable.

A representative for actor Thomas said Friday: “The split is completely amicable and their prime focus is their daughter. They ask that their privacy be respected at this time.”

While the couple looked loved-up on the red carpet at the Screen Actor’s Guild Awards back in January, however in recent weeks, Jane has hit the red carpet solo, including at June’s Hung premiere and late last month at the Los Angeles premiere of Scott Pilgrim vs. The World, a film in which he has a cameo.

The couple married in May 2006 after meeting through mutual friends in 2001. They got engaged in 2002 and in 2003 Patricia gave birth to their daughter Harlow Olivia Calliope.
