Trevor Donovan, Of “90210″ Fame, Sued For Unpaid Credit Card Bill

Trevor Donovan, who some of you may know as closeted gay jock Teddy on The CW’s incarnation of 90210, probably wishes he had a closet to sulk into right now after being hit with a five-figure lawsuit from a credit card company over allegations that the actor owes approximately $42,469.69 in unpaid bills.

According to legal documents filed in Los Angeles on Monday, and later obtained by TMZ.com, Wells Fargo Bank accuses Donovan of obtaining a credit card in 2006 and running up a massive debt. Attorneys at Investment Retrievers, hired by Wells Fargo to recoup the missing money, say Trevor hasn’t made a payment on his outstanding balance since July 2009.
The bill collectors are now suing Trevor for all they’re out, plus interest and attorneys’ fees.
Reps for Donovan had no comment.
