Not long ago we told you about a real-life exact replica of the house featured in Pixar’s Up that was built in Herriman, Utah by a builder who was so taken aback by the film when he watched it with his family that he took on the quest of recreating the house and putting it on the market. The Salt Lake Tribune were first on the story, and since then they’ve returned to the house to shoot a video walk-through with builder Adam Bangerter, who shows off all the tiny details that not only went into recreating the house from the outside, but the inside too. For those interested in how much the 2800 square-foot house cost, the builder’s website claims they hope to sell it for a little under $ 400,000, which would allow them to break even on all the building costs.
