The music superstars posted five candid photos Friday on the specially created website HelloBlueIvyCarter along with a hand written note thanking the world for respecting their privacy “during this beautiful time in our lives.”

In one pic, proud mom Beyoncé beams as she cradles her little bundle of joy in what looks like her special birthing suite at Lenox Hill Hospital in New York.
Then there are two shots of little Blue Ivy solo, showing off her thick thatch of hair. In another photo, Jay-Z holds his tiny daughter in his arms and then there’s one adorable shot of Beyoncé holding Blue Ivy’s teeny tiny little hand.
