What to watch on Tuesday, November 8…

We all know that you were kicked out of the NBA for gaining 170 pounds during the off-season and you’ve spent much of your time since then dwelling on past regrets. But now is your chance to get yourself back on the path to winning by… Uh, watching TV! Specifically these items:

8pm, FOX
It’s here, the much anticipated (?) virginity-losin’ episode! In “The First Time,” FOUR main characters will trade in their V-cards (in pairs, don’t worry). Plus West Side Story rehearsals heat up and a new villain enrolls at McKinley to stir up trouble between Blaine and Kurt. All that, plus as much auto-tuned scream-singing as the human eardrum can possibly endure!

10pm, NBC
Tonight Adam and Kristina take post-baby baby steps toward rekindling their sex life, plus Seth crashes with Amber after he gets out of rehab. No word yet on who exactly will be crying tonight (aside from the viewers, obviously).

9pm, Fox
New Girl
An awkward living situation becomes even moreso when Jess decides that Nick like-likes her. Plus Schmidt tries to “seal the deal” with Cece when she makes the mistake of crashing in their loft for the night. (Quick question: How much are these people paying for that place? It’s nuts!)

10pm, FX
Sons of Anarchy
Tonight Jax and Tara attempt to adjust to a post-SAMCRO existence, but realize it’s not quite as easy as they thought. Plus Gemma gets pretty bummed when she realizes that Clay emptied out their safe. Bad Times, population: These People! LOL [emoticon w/sunglasses]

In the Spotlight With Robin Roberts: All Access Nashville
It’s only been a few months, but Robin Roberts issues this follow-up on that horrifying Indiana State Fair stage collapse which claimed 7 lives back in August (note: don’t watch this). Interview subjects include musicians Kenny Chesney, Faith Hill, Keith Urban, and Sugarland as well as ordinary folk touched by the tragedy.

10pm, USA
Covert Affairs
When Annie tails a woman in the hopes of turning her into a CIA contact, the woman ends up having ties to Arthur vis-a-vis her past as a Stasi agent. Boy I tell ya, it’s a small, small, small world out there, even for hot-faced Cold War-era spies.
