Tim Kaine and Mike Pence are about to square off in the sole vice presidential debate Tuesday (Oct. 4), but if you’re tired of the 2016 election, here are five alternatives for your TV viewing Tuesday evening.

‘Brooklyn Nine-Nine,’ 8 p.m., FOX

The WITSEC Florida storyline is coming to a close as the Nine-Nine road trip down to Coral Palms to help Holt (Andre Braugher) and Peralta (Andy Samberg) catch Jimmy Figgus — played by Eric Roberts in a wonderful bit of casting.

‘Chopped Junior,’ 8 p.m., Food Network

It’s Halloween for “Chopped Junior,” which awesomely includes a basket that has a “mystery vial” inside. Actress Michelle Trachtenberg appears as a guest judge.

‘The Flash’ premiere, 8 p.m., The CW

It’s time to find out just what will become of the “Flash” team in this alternate timeline. Will Barry (Grant Gustin) forget his old life or return to his universe as The Flash?

2016 Hip Hop Awards, 8 p.m., BET, MTV

Perhaps the most fun offering of Tuesday, the annual Hip Hop Awards on MTV should be two and a half hours of great musical performances. DJ Khaled hosts.

‘Bizarre Foods: Delicious Destinations’ premiere, 9 p.m., Travel

The two-part Season 4 premiere first takes viewers to Nashville for some good Southern cooking, but the real treat starts when the show heads to Sydney — kangaroo, Pavlova, meat pies and something called “Moreton Bay bugs” are on the menu.
