Lindsay Lohan is likely headed back to jail, and if the starlet thinks she’ll be home in time for the Spring Clearance Sale at Macy’s, she’s never met Judge Elden Fox, insiders tell RadarOnline. Lohan’s legal team is said to be “very, very concerned” about the troubled starlet’s probation violation hearing on Friday. Lohan, 24, voluntarily entered the Betty Ford Center for drug addiction treatment last month after violating her probation by failing two court ordered drug tests. The action may be too late to late to save the star from a one-year stint in the pokey, new reports claim.
“Judge Fox could be inclined to sentence Lindsay on Friday up to one year in jail. The fact that he ordered Lindsay to appear, even though she is currently in rehab and not planning to fight the probation violation, has Lindsay’s legal team very, very, concerned,” one legal eagle scoops.
“Even though Judge Fox has previously said that any dirty drug test would result in an automatic 30 days behind bars, he could go above and beyond that and simply terminate her probation. If he does that, he can sentence Lindsay to up to one year in jail,” the source adds. “She would get credit for time served from her stint at Lynwood earlier this year and would probably do four to five months in jail.”
