Will ‘The 100’ give Clarke a new romance in Season 4?

Highlight on New Movie Released DVD

Not quite ready to see Clarke (Eliza Taylor) get back into the dating game after losing Lexa (Alycia Debnam-Carey)? Even Eliza Taylor doesn’t know if Clarke is ready to move on yet.

When Zap2it caught up with Taylor at San Diego Comic-Con, we were just as desperate as all “The 100” fans to know if Clarke would be getting a new romantic partner in Season 4.

According to Taylor, Clarke will probably be a little busy saving the world from deadly radiation to focus on any eligible boys or girls that might catch her eye. However, that doesn’t mean Taylor’s ruling the idea out altogether.

“It would be nice for her to have some sort of romance at some point, but I don’t know if it’s going to happen, to be honest,” she says.

The way we see it, Clarke is probably still recovering from losing Lexa a second time while defeating ALIE, and she really does have important apocalypse problems taking up most of her time. It’s hard to doodle hearts in your notebook when you’re too busy wondering how to tell everyone around you that they’re 6 months away from being radiated to death.

On the other hand, “The 100” has managed to include some pretty beautiful love stories in the midst of terrifying, high-stakes catastrophes, so we’re not ruling out love for Clarke just yet.

Whether she ends up finally taking it to the next level with Bellamy (Bob Morley), falling for Raven (Lindsey Morgan) or taking another shot at love with a new, third party, we’re ready to see where Season 4 will take Clarke.

“The 100” is scheduled to return in the spring of 2017 to The CW.
