Yoda Is a Spokesperson for Ramen Noodles (VIDEO)
A week ago, you laughed and laughed at a montage of Darth Vader cameos in commercials, which ultimately proved that the Sith Lord was little more than a corporate shill. Unfortunately, the Dark Side isn’t the only one selling out. Behold, a Japanese advertisement for Cup Noodles featuring Yoda. In this spot, the all-powerful Jedi master uses his skills in the most heroic way possible — by taking an oversized kettle of steaming water and pouring it on an equally oversized cup of ramen. For someone who promotes patience, this ad seems completely hypocritical. Oh, well. At least it’s Ramen and not, say, Currys PC/World. Right, Darth?
