‘BB 18’ week 10 HOH and jury battle back live blog
Thursday’s (Aug. 25) “Big Brother 18” endurance competition is a critical moment in the season — and Zap2it is here to bring you all the fun and drama as it plays out live on the feeds.

After Victor was evicted by a 2-1 vote during Thursday’s live episode, the houseguests were informed that it was time for a jury member to re-enter the house. The comp set-up is that all the houseguests are in the backyard for the annual “stand on a plank against a wall and get nasty things thrown at you” competition. Should be fun.

The non-evicted houseguests are competing for HOH and the jury members are competing with them but separately to return to the house — but if a jury member is the last person standing, he or she can win HOH for week 10. The stakes are the highest they’ve been all season for certain competitors — Paul especially.

Whoa, we’re only a few minutes in and Da’Vonne and Zakiyah just dropped. Wow.
Day and Zak totally just gave up.
And also, this is hilarious.
Paulie is whining about being stuck with three girls in the jury house and how mean they were to him. Ummm…..
And Corey’s down, he won’t be HOH this week. So he can go back to sleeping a lot.
James, Nicole, Paul, Paulie, Bridgette and Victor are left in the HOH comp.
Annnnd Bridgette is done. Bummer.
Hmmm, we’ve got extended fish, so …. who fell?
Nope, nobody fell — still James, Nicole, Paul, Paulie and Victor.
Paulie’s done, Paulie’s done. Ding dong, the psycho’s gone! WOOOOO!
This also means Victor returns to the house, he was the last juror standing!
Except now Victor just dropped, so he’s not HOH. Bummer. James, Nicole and Paul are the last three on the wall.
Ooooh, James is shaking. It’s looking like this is going to come down to Nicole and Paul.
People seem pretty pumped about Victor returning to the house (again)
Well, this is a new contingent …
It’s still James, Nicole and Paul, all going pretty strong.
Victor’s a big guy, so it’s not a huge surprise he dropped as soon as he knew he was the returning juror, but we thought he might work a little harder to get HOH.
This HOH comp is very revealing in the Nicole/James alliance. Remember, they played their first BB season together — they are obviously very tight and it would not surprise us that if they get in a final three situation with each other and Corey or Natalie, they take each other and cut their showmance partner loose.
Nicole and James are thick as thieves up there on the wall, whispering and helping each other out.
Kermit is all of us.
Annnnnd Paul is out. Darn. Well, looks like another week of Victor/Paul on the block. Talk about a twist gone terribly wrong.
Nicole and James are playing “Let’s Make a Deal.” Nicole desperately wants a letter from her family, while James says he can’t be on slop again.
C’mon, James, hang on dude. Then at least we have a sliver of a chance Corey goes up.
Nicole to James: “You can literally have my HOH, all I want is my letter.” Ughhhh, that is gross.
James wants to win a wall comp and Nicole is really laying it on thick. “You want to win a wall comp and I haven’t heard from my family in 72 days.” Wow. That is some grade A guilt trip.
Twitter does not seem happy with Nicole’s whining.
They’re battling, but James is shaking pretty badly.
Everyone is cracking up hard about the three girls (Bridgette, Zakiyah and Da’Vonne) reacting to Paulie in the jury house. Admittedly, it was pretty funny. His reaction? Not so much, because Paulie is super bitter. But their reception of him was hilarious.
James decides to drop so that Nicole can get a letter from her mom — he’s making sure he and Natalie are safe, but James is dunzo.
So, Nicole is HOH — expect Victor and Paul to go on the block.
Thanks for joining us, stay tuned to Zap2it for more Big Brother updates throughout the rest of the season.
