Denise Richards Writing Book

Denise Richards is writing the book on life — her life, that is.

The former Bond Girl and E! reality personality has inked a deal to publish her memoir through an agreement wth Gallery Books, publishers said on Friday. The still-untitled tome will include details about Richards’ tumultuous marriage to troubled sitcom star Charlie Sheen and her journey as a single mom to their two daughters, Sam and Lola.

Richards, 39, began her career in 1990 and enjoys numerous film and television credits, including Wild Things, Love Actually, and Finding Bliss. Richards competed on the eighth season of ABC’s “Dancing With the Stars” and has made guest appearances on several TV shows including Melrose Place, Two and a Half Men, and Friends. She also starred on her own E! reality show, Denise Richards: It’s Complicated, for two seasons.

“I wanted to write a heartfelt, honest book that would be a source of hope for others going through difficult times,” Richards remarked in a statement announcing the project.

Denise’s autobiography hits booksellers shelves in July 2011.
