Rob Fusari is songwriter and music producer filed a $30.5 million lawsuit against the pop superstar, Lady Gaga.

According to the words of Fusari he helped the signer to launch her career. After co-wrote some of her songs, Lady Gaga came up with her stage name and as a result got a record deal. But still Fusari’s lawyer as well as Gaga’s rep did not give any comments.

Gaga is considered to be the producer’s protégé and former girlfriend and she decided to leave him when her career took off.

Fusari is known for his work with Will Smith’s “Wild, Wild West” and also Destiny’s Child’s “Bootylicious.” The producer teamed up with the singer in March 2006 and tried to convince Lady Gaga to trade in her rock music for dance beats.

His co-wrote songs such as “Paparazzi” and “Beautiful, Dirty, Rich,” will be included on her debut album known as The Fame.

In 2009 Lady Gaga gave the interview to the AP saying that the realization of Gaga was five years ago, “Gaga has was always been who I am.”

In fact, the relationships of Gaga and Fusari were romantic but later they turned to a business partnership in May 2006 that was the time when they created a joint venture known as Team Love Child LLC in order to promote the career of Lady Gaga. Share of Fusari totaled 20 percent.
