Which dude is about to die on ‘How to Get Away with Murder’?

Highlight on New Movie Released DVD

We’re only five episodes into the third season of “How to Get Away with Murder,” but we’ve only cleared a few main characters as the ones definitely not under the sheet.

So far, Annalise (Viola Davis), Bonnie (Liza Weil), Oliver (Conrad Ricamora), Laurel (Karla Souza) and Michaela (Aja Naomi King) have been declared safe — though Laurel is technically not out of the woods yet, being comatose in the hospital — which means there are still five main characters we should be worried about — and all of them are men.

Ranked from least likely to most likely, here are our guesses about which dude is about to die.

Asher

There’s just no reason to kill off Asher (Matt McGory) at this point. He’s smack in the middle of a love triangle between Michaela (Aja Naomi King) and Bonnie, and he’s just started to grow and mature into a better version of himself. Plus, while we love Asher, we’d hardly call his death the most shocking or heart-wrenching loss the show could provide.

Connor

We’d probably see riots in the street if “How to Get Away With Murder” ended up killing off Connor (Jack Falahee), which is why we’re pretty sure it won’t. He’s a fan favorite, and at the end of the day, he’s the glue that holds the Keating 5 together. Plus, who will angrily sing “Jingle Bells” at us if Connor ends up dead?

Nate

Given that awful fight Nate (Billy Brown) had with Annalise, we’re not so sure he’ll make it out of this season alive. If he ends up being under the sheet, that could explain why Annalise is being arrested, and why she needs to scrub her phone. Could there be evidence of their lovers’ quarrel perhaps?

Wes

Obviously Wes is the prime suspect, since he’s always at the center of controversy each season. If he and Laurel did end up sealing the deal, he could be the father of her baby, and we’re not sure Frank would take too kindly to that news. Add in the fact that Annalise looked genuinely traumatized by whoever she saw under the sheet and, well, we’re preparing to say bye-bye to Wes.

Frank

Sadly, Frank is our number one suspect. He’s getting super dark and crazy this year (he’s already killed two people?!) and that kind of downward spiral has consequences — those consequences, usually being death. If he doesn’t end up mending the fence with Annalise, there’s no happy ending in sight for this guy. Laurel being the second person inside the house also tends to make us think that Frank could be the second, not-so-lucky victim.

“How to Get Away with Murder” airs Thursdays at 10 p.m. ET/PT on ABC.
