‘Twilight: Eclipse’ producer on Stewart, Pattinson romance

Even though actors Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson have not said much about their relationship, ‘Twilight: Eclipse’ producer Wyck Godfrey has opened up about it.

Godfrey revealed in a recent interview with Time magazine that that he hopes the two stay together for the sake of the movie.

“The thing I do think about is, oh, my God, I hope they stay together,” the New York Daily News quoted him as saying.

“Because it could be awkward on set in the next movie if they have a huge falling out. It’s like, wow, they have to portray this love story through two more movies.

“God, I hope they stay together; please stay together,” he stated.

But Godfrey added that their relationship isn’t garnering much publicity for the “Twilight” films anymore.

“I don’t feel it’s out there anymore. Do people still report on it?” he asked.

“If you look at people who have a stable personal life, the rags get tired of them.

“I think we’re heading to that place where they are together and that’s their life, and we better find someone new to create drama out of,” he added.
