“Big Bang Theory” Co-Stars Kaley Cuoco Johnny Galecki Secretly Dated

Who would have thunk that the stars of one of Thursday night’s most-watched comedies were once secret lovers? Kaley Cuoco has stunned celeb gawkers by revealing that she and her Big Bang Theory co-star Johnny Galecki secretly dated for two years before calling time on their romance “around the holidays.”

The TV stars fell in love when they started shooting the hit comedy and managed to keep the romance under wraps by never going out in public together, Cuoco tells Watch Magazine’s October issue.

“It was such a huge part of my life and no one knew about it. It was a wonderful relationship but we never spoke a word about it and never went anywhere together. We were so protective of ourselves and the show and didn’t want anything to ruin that. But that also made it sad, too. That’s not the kind of relationship I want — I don’t want to be hiding.”

The romance ended at the beginning of the year, but the exes remain on good terms.

“We weren’t destined to be together… We accepted it,” Kaley explains. “When you’re dealing with two professionals who have been working since they were both 4 — and who kept their lives extremely private — we didn’t want anything other than that.”
