‘American Idol’ judges first look: See Mariah Carey, Nicki Minaj, Keith Urban and Randy Jackson at work

The “American Idol” judges were only announced this morning (Sept. 16), but Mariah Carey will be Nicki Minaj, Keith Urban and good ol’ standby Randy Jackson are already hard at work on Season 12.

FOX released the picture of the fab foursome — plus host Ryan Seacrest — on set — don’t they all look comfortable at the judges table?

Seacrest also tweeted a more casual group shot of the gang, and everyone seems to be getting along famously.
