Oh look, ABC’s going green. Why else would they be recycling a former Bachelor?
During Monday night’s installment of Dancing With The Stars, former Bachelor star Brad Womack, now 37, was formally annouced as the star of the upcoming 14th season of The Bachelor.
The Austin native has returned to seek out his soulmate on national TV, three years after saying goodbye to two ladies on Season 11 of the longrunning dating show. In 2007, Brad turned down a shot at love with DeAnna Pappas and Jenni Croft, becoming the first and only Bachelor or Bachelorette to leave the program without making or accepting a proposal.
The return of Womack marks the first time in Bachelor/Bachelorette history that the network has allowed a former series star to embark on a second search for love.
