Bradley Cooper Renee Zellweger Hit By Bedbugs

Howard Stern isn’t the only big name star being bitten by the nation’s bedbug epidemic. The creepy crawlers — who plagued American households from New York to Ohio with little reprieve all summer — are now said to be moving in on Hollywood couple Renee Zellweger and Bradley Cooper.

The incognito pair were recently forced to throw out their mattress after it was attacked by bedbugs.

Renee and Bradley — who have been quietly dating for a year — invested in a new Tempur-Pedic mattress when the tiny parasites started living in their bedding, according to British tabloid reports.

Although there are treatments available to eliminate the bugs from furnishings, Renee insisted they toss their old mattress.

“Bradley has been travelling a lot and staying in various hotels, and figures he must have picked the bed bugs up somewhere and brought them home,” squeals a snitch close to the couple. “Renee was really creeped out, and insisted he get rid of the old mattress and buy a new one.”

Last week, shock jock Howard Stern announced that his Manhattan office had been infested by bedbugs.
