Uh-Oh…Charlie’s not happy! On Tuesday evening, cops in California removed the youngest of Charlie Sheen’s five children removed from the Los Angeles mansion the troubled sitcom star shares with his “goddesses” (Gagging…).
A judge ordered that twin boys Bob and Max, who turn two this month, be removed from the star’s home and be placed in the care of Sheen’s formerly drug-addicted ex Brooke Mueller, who has also been granted a restraining order prohibiting her former husband from contact with her. In fact, the actor — who plead guilty to assaulting Mueller during a holiday altercation in Aspen back in Dec. 2009 — isn’t allowed within 100 yards of her.
“My fangs are dripping tiger blood,” Sheen told celebrity news site RadarOnline.com after his children were taken away.
Sheen, 45, is said to be planning to fight Mueller, 33, for full physical custody of the tots, who’d likely have more of a fighting chance in life if they were instead handed over to be raised by wolves.
“I am very concerned that Sheen is currently insane. I am in great fear that he will find me and attack me and I am in great fear for the children’s safety while in his care … He rarely saw our children since our December 25 domestic incident and only recently began to show any interest in them,” Mueller stated in court documents filed this week.
A court hearing to decide whether or not the restraining order will be extended has been set for March 22, with Charlie and Brooke both ordered to appear.
The relationship between the two had appeared cordial, with Mueller moving into Sheen’s LA mansion with her sons last week. She had even joined the actor and his two girlfriends, porn star Bree Olsen, real name Rachel Oberlin, and nanny and model Natalie Kenly — (also known as “The Goddesses”) — on a trip to the Bahamas. But she left the vacation early after an argument over an undisclosed issue.
“There was a huge firestorm about Brooke being part of our crew but where there were four, there are now three,” Sheen said at the time. “Goodbye, Brooke. And good luck in your travels. You’re going to need it. Badly.”
