Cisco joined hands with 250 NGOs to work for society on Web
The National Technology Day, May 11 marked the launch of Cisco’s Social platform called “myhumannetwork.com” which has been introduced for NGOs and individuals who want to bring some positive changes in the backward segments of their society.

The National Technology Day, May 11 marked the launch of Cisco’s Social platform called “myhumannetwork.com” which has been introduced for NGOs and individuals who want to bring some positive changes in the backward segments of their society.
The sources unveil that 250 NGOs have already tied up with Cisco to develop the society for the betterment. These NGOs fall under various categories like: Education, Healthcare, Environment & Animal Welfare, Economic Development & Infrastructure, and Social Welfare. NGOs include Action India, Vatavaran, Spic Macay, Sweccha-We for change, Jamghat, AIESEC, etc.
Naresh Wadhwa, president and country manager, Cisco India and SAARC said, “This platform is a blend of Twitter, Facebook and other social websites.”
The site will be developed, updated and maintained by Cisco.
