Heidi Montag Plastic Surgery Leaves Reality Star Bald & Disfigured: “I Feel Like Edward Scissorhands!”

Heidi Montag’s cash-strapped and crying…again. The self-confessed surgery-addict says going under the knife has ruined her life — in fact, she hates being labeled a “plastic girl” almost as much as we hate talking about her.

The attention-seeking reality “star” copped a lot of press this year for inflicting 10 cosmetic procedures on her face and body in one session. The results were freakish enough – now we get to see her “horrific” scars!In an exclusive photoshoot with Life & Style Magazine, the former Hiller, 24, revealed the many scars caused by that “botched” plastic surgery marathon that garnered the busty blonde headlines last year, claiming they are constant reminders of a low period in her life.

“Parts of my body definitely look worse than they did presurgery,” Montag, 24, told L&S during the Dec. 2 shoot. “This is not what I signed up for.”

In Nov. 2009, Montag revealed that she had ten cosmetics rocedures done in one session. The once-wealthy reality starlet had been seeking perfection. Now just a year later, Heidi’s nipped/tucked tomb host a series of unattractive scars and uneven body parts. Montag says she still “feels like Frankenstein,” even after getting a chin reduction, eye brow lift, ear-pinnings, liposuction, breast enlargement, collagen lip injections, and rinoplasty. Heidi blames her surgeon Dr. Frank Ryan — now deceased — for the disfigurement, claiming he did not brief her on what could go wrong.

“Surgery ruined my career and my personal life and just brought a lot of negativity into my world,” Montag cries. “I wish I could jump into a time machine and take it all back. Instead, I’m always going to feel like Edward Scissorhands.”

Her scars include a blemish on her chin, bald spots along her hairline, a jagged line behind her ears, lumpy legs and spots below her bottom, uneven breasts, stretch marks across her chest and nipple scars. There’s even a bright-red mark inside her right nostril. Phew!

“The big dark mark from my chin reduction is probably the most noticeable. But the absolute worst is on my breasts, and the scariest is below my butt cheek,” she reveals. “People have fewer scars from car accidents than I have on my body.”

Ryan — whose celebrity client list included former model Janice Dickinson, KISS rocker Gene Simmons, and Lorenzo Lamas — died in August after a fatal car accident in Malibu that also killed the doctor’s beloved dog. Last month, Montag appeared on ABC Primetime, where she publicly accused the late surgeon of failing to prepare her for the procedures.

“I definitely think I should have been way more informed. I think that doctors should really walk you through all aspects of it, not just the glamorous side of it,” Heidi told ABC News’ Cynthia McFadden. “Doctors, it’s like they’re selling you cookies or something.”

Heidi dumped much of her fortune into her ill-fated “self-improvement” makeover and is currently living with her in-laws as she considers whether or not to file for bankruptcy.
