Heidi Montag Plastic Surgery Makeover Regret: “Surgery Ruined My Marriage!”

Heidi Montag is having mayjah second thoughts about the massive plastic surgery overhaul that took her from geek to chic last November.

In a candid chat in the Sept. 6 issue of Life & Style Magazine, the out-of work reality star blames her 2009 plastic surgery makeover — during which she had 10 major nips and tucks in one day — for destroying her marriage to longtime sweetheart Spencer Pratt.

Heidi says she went ahead with the procedures, which included a facelift and G-cup breast implants, although Spencer “begged her not to do it in the first place.”

“No one wants to be taking care of his wife who looks like she’d been in a horrific accident,” Montag claims.

Heidi says nearly 10 months later, she’s still recovering from the work done by surgeon Frank Ryan, who was recently killed in a car accident, and some things are taking longer than expected to heal. And Montag admits she’s beginning to fear the worst:

She explains: “I’ve had my nose tape on 24 hours a day since November. The tape is supposed to keep the swelling down and hold my nose in place the way Dr. Ryan sculpted it. I don’t want my nose to fall off like Michael Jackson’s. My breasts are crushing me. My body’s still getting used to them and I have major anxiety about it.”

Not only does Heidi want her implants removed, she’s all but sworn off cosmetic surgery.

“I won’t get anything done again, at least not for a long time,” she now insists.

In fact, these days the buxom reality star is hoping to find a simple existence over the coast of Costa Rica. “I just really want to get out of Hollywood . . . I don’t have anything back home: no family, no friends.”
