How Patrick Wilson Stays Babyfaced

As the lead in CBS’s A Gifted Man, Patrick Wilson (Young Adult, Morning Glory) has to be ever-ready for his close up.

However, the secret to his flawless skin may not be what you expected. “The biggest help is a cream by California Baby,” Wilson tells makeup artist Tina Turnbow for her T Magazine column, Face Time. “Their calendula cream is my must-have product. It’s made for babies so it’s gentle, soothing and provides just enough moisture.”

Wilson also attests to the benefits of good, old-fashioned exercise. “I am an avid runner,” he says. “I have a treadmill and a pull-up bar in my dressing room. I think drinking a lot of water and sweating it out while running helps get rid of all the toxins. It helps my skin, body and spirit, too.”

An affinity for healthy living also affects his relationship with his wife of six years, actress Dagmara Dominczyk“I like it when my wife is in her jeans, with very little makeup,” he gushes. “But, I also appreciate the range — the different ways she can look. The moment she walks out all dressed up and … whoa! That’s always good.”
