Inside Total Divas Newcomer Lana's Magical Malibu Wedding: Get the Exclusive Details!

From the wrestling ring straight to the altar!

It was an enchanting night to remember as WWE Superstar Lana, who will join season six of Total Divas this fall, wed her love, fellow WWE Superstar Rusev, in a romantic, oceanside ceremony in Malibu Friday evening. The longtime couple exchanged vows in front of family, close friends, colleagues and some of Lana’s costars, Nikki Bella, Brie Bella, Nattie Neidhart and Renee Young!

“I feel so blessed and thankful to have had such an unforgettable wedding,” Lana exclusively told E! News. “The weather was perfect for our ceremony on the beach.”

For the special occasion, the bride, whose real name is CJ Perry, and groom each wore custom attire created by Nashville-based designer Olia Zavozina.

“It has been such a blessing to be able to design a gown and a custom menswear look for two people I care about,” Zavozina shared with us. “I have known CJ for many years and now it’s just been so wonderful to see her grow as a person and an artist. Our relationship allowed me to put together amazing looks that are interchangeable and include elements of who she is both in and out of the wrestling ring. Pieces of her personality can be found in each custom design. As a friend, being asked to play such an important role in CJ and Rusev’s big day was a huge honor and privilege that I will always cherish.”

Zavozina had the honor of designing three different bridal looks for the pro wrestler’s milestone moment. For Thursday’s rehearsal dinner, Lana wore a French lace cocktail dress accented with fringe along the hemline and a matching choker. For the main event, the bride stunned in a light blush, silk tulle gown with custom embroidered lace. Afterward, she changed into an airy Italian number with a hand-beaded Swarovski crystal bodice to celebrate making it official with her new husband.

“In my life and career, I strive to be unique, fierce, and of course, ravishing,” Lana explained. “So, I love that Olia Zavozina designed a dress just for me—it was unique, fierce and utterly ravishing. I am the Ravishing Russian and now thanks to Olia you can call me the Ravishing Bride.”

After the ceremony, the festivities continued with a circus-themed reception complete with a Ferris wheel, carnival games, stilt walkers, elephants and lots and lots of dancing!

“So many amazing memories,” the bride reminisced. “And now I’m about to have my second wedding in Bulgaria in a few weeks! My wedding is proof that dreams comes true and magic and miracles are real. Shoot for the stars and at the very least you will get the moon.”
