James Murdoch’s Lupa Systems Buys Majority Stake in Jane
James Murdoch’s Lupa Systems is shopping for a majority stake in Tribeca Enterprises from The Madison Square Garden Company, Tribeca Film Festival co-founder Craig Hatkoff and different buyers, Lupa Sytems, Attention Capital and Tribeca Enterprises, introduced on Monday.
This partnership will convey collectively Murdoch, Attention’s CEO and co-founder Joe Marchese and Tribeca Enterprises’ Jane Rosenthal and Robert De Niro. Lupa and Attention are set to workforce up with Tribeca’s present administration workforce to develop the enterprise.
The Tribeca companies embody the annual Tribeca Film Festival, which was based in 2001, in addition to Tribeca Studios, a branded leisure content material enterprise.

LionTree Advisors financially suggested Tribeca within the transactions, whereas Paul Hastings represented Tribeca. Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher represented Lupa. Attention was represented upon Kimelberg PLLC.
Lupa Systems, a personal funding firm with areas in New York and Mumbai, was based in March. Attention buys manufacturers and applied sciences that form the eye firm. Joe Marchese, Nick Bell and Ashlyn Gentry based the corporate.
