Biggest Loser trainer Jillian Michaels is being sued for endorsing a diet supplement which allegedly has the potential to kill.

Hey — You can’t pack on the pounds if you’re dead.

Michaels is also involved in three other similar lawsuits over pills she has endorsed. The lawsuit marks the fourth time Michaels, who also fronts the NBC summer reality smash Losing It with Jillian, has been taken to court over her diet pills, TMZ.com reported Wednesday.

The latest legal claim was filed by a woman who only wants to be known by her initials R.D., because she claims to have a “very real fear of retaliation or harassment by [the] defendants.” In the lawsuit, R.D. claims that Michaels’ Triple Process Total Body Detox & Cleanse diet supplement “might kill you” because it contains a “potentially lethal combination of toxic ingredients.”

The Plaintiff is seeking more than $10 million in damages, claiming that Michaels and Thin Care International, which produces the product, have “actively and fraudulently” conspired to hide the supplement’s alleged dangers.

The other two lawsuits against Michaels involve the trainer’s “calorie control” product. One lawsuit, filed in February, alleges Michaels “sold her proverbial soul to the devil” by putting her name to the Jillian Michael Maximum Strength Fat Burner.

Earlier this year, Jillian fired back at the false advertising claims, insisting that she stands behind her products.
