JWoww Sued By Disgruntled Ex

Jenni “JWoww” Farley is prepared to fist-pump all the way to the courthouse after being slapped with a lawsuit from her jilted ex.

The Jersey Shore castmate is being sued by Thomas Lippolis, her one-time live-in boyfriend, who claims Farley failed to pay him a fair share of the profits she earned after he helped launch her career, according to the lawsuit filed in Nassau County, NY Friday and obtained by TMZ.com.

The lawsuit claims Lippolis was never “paid his proportionate share” for his managerial duties and is seeking $350,000 in damages.

Lippolis began dating Jenni, a former tattoo model and aspiring fashion designer, in the summer of 2009. He, however, claims his year-long relationship with the reality star — which ended with a bitter blowout last August — was a business arrangement as well as a romance. He believes he played a paramount role in “creating an image” for her, insisting that he “managed” contract negotiations and promotion deals that helped his then-girlfriend secure a $17,500 per episode contract on the MTV show, as well as paid gigs to endorse nightclubs, tanning lotion, and a plastic surgeon. Jenni, on the other hand, says Thomas was never involved with negotiating her MTV contract or promo deals and is therefore entitled to zilch.
