After verbose pressure from addiction specialists at the Betty Ford Treatment Center — where she’ll likely spend the remainder of 2010 — to drop momager Dina Lohan, Word on The Curb has it that repeat rehabber Lindsay Lohan plans to do just that.

And she wants socialite mom Kris Jenner to assume the position of her new manager.

Lord knows she needs one!

Here are the deets: Tipsters tell Britain’s New Magazine! that the Lohan family friend has emerged as a mother figure to Lindsay in recent months and “has agreed” to help the struggling screen star overcome a myriad of drug-soaked scandals to forge a career comeback. After all, Kris has done wonders turning her own daughters from silver-spoon-fed stylistas to internationally-known reality stars. (What a scary thought!) Khloe’s wed to NBA ace Lamar Odom, Kylie’s a teen model, and eldest girls Kourtney and Kim will debut their new E! spinoff, Kourtney & Kim Take New York, on cable this January. The Keeping Up with the Kardashians matriarch has handled sex tape scandals, DUI arrests, run-ins with Patrick Bateman lookalikes, and unplanned pregnancies. There’s nothing this mom can’t tackle!
