Just call her Madame Peacekeeper!

Lady Gaga pumped the brakes on the Washington, DC stop on her sold-out Monster Ball Tour to break up a fight between two people in the audience.

The multiplatinum-selling star was smack dab in the middle of a performance of her smash track “Monster” at Washington’s Verizon Center Tuesday night when two disgruntled concertgoers began loudly bickering with one another just inches from the stage.

You just can’t take some people anywhere!

“Stop fighting…do not fight at this show,” Gaga bellowed, pointing at the rowdy pair after she called for the music to be stopped. “Is she okay, are they both okay, I don’t know who hit who.”

The show was halted for about a minute while Gaga spoke to the feuding fans.

“I’m sorry, I just don’t want you to fight,” the concerned singer continued. “Only fake monster fighting, okay”

She then apologized to the audience for cutting her track short and made sure the venue’s security guards had the situation under control before continuing with the show.
