Lindsay Lohan Rehab Assault Scandal Gets Animated [A Spoof]

For those not in-the-know, detectives in Palm Springs, California are investigating actress Lindsay Lohan over allegations of misdemeanor battery at the request of former Betty Ford Rehab employee Dawn Holland. Holland claims she was assaulted by the screen star during an altercation at the center’s sober living facility on Dec. 12. Holland, a clinical technican, later conducted an on-camera interview with celebrity website TMZ, which also posted an email the worker apparently sent to supervisors after the fight. Holland, who reportedly pocketed $10,000 for the interview, was promptly fired by Betty Ford.

Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Elden Fox had warned Lindsay, 24, to remain out of trouble and not refuse any drug tests when he ordered the actress to remain in detox at the facility until Jan. 3.

If charged with battery, Lohan could face up to six months behind bars for violating the terms of probation on an Aug. 2007 DUI charge.
