Marvel Bites: James Gunn Teases 'Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2' Score; Bryan Singer …
Today’s roundup of Marvel entertainment brings out some big guns. Er, Gunns. Both James Gunn and Sean Gunn have some goodies for us. That and the latest on the X-Men universe small screen efforts below.
Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 Score
The Guardians of the Galaxy sequel is out in a few months, and you probably have to wait until then to hear the full score. But James Gunn and composer Tyler Bates shared the below video showing some of the music being recorded at Abbey Road Studios in London.
Rocket Raccoon in Avengers: Infinity War?
James’s brother Sean took to a different social media platform for his gifts. The first being a tease of a new Avengers: Infinity War logo displayed on his hat. The other being unconfirmed, but it would seem that if he is on the set of Infinity War that Rocket Raccoon is in the movie.
Bryan Singer Directing More X-Men
He’s said he wants to take a break from X-Men movies, but Bryan Singer isn’t done with the franchise as a director. According to TVLine, he’ll direct the pilot for the upcoming TV show currently known as “Untitled Marvel Action-Adventure Series.” He’s also an executive producer for the show.
New Legion Promo
As for the other X-Men series, which is even less linked to the movies, there’s a new teaser promo for Legion that illustrates with animation what’s going on inside the title mutant character’s head. “His mind has a mind of its own,” reads the tweeted caption to the video. The show is debuting on FX on February 8.
