Penelope Cruz Supported her Boyfriend at Cannes Film Premiere

Penelope Cruz and her dashing boyfriend Javier Bardem never walked together on the red carpet at the Cannes Film Premiere, but she was there to support him and left the screening together. Javier seemed to be happy with his co-stars and the Director of his latest movie Biutiful.

The lovebirds have been together in this year’s Oscars and also the Goya Awards, but this time at the Cannes Film Premiere, Penelope Cruz did not accompany him in the red carpet. They might have decided not to make a public appearance and entertain the celebrity spotters at the premiere.

To the disappointment of the celebrity spotters, Javier came single for the premiere and seemed pleasant and enjoying the event with the co-stars of his latest movie Biutiful. But they were not truly disappointed because Javier was found to leave the screening with her gorgeous lover Penelope in her elegant black gown.  Maybe she did not want to steal the importance of her lover with her presence.

The movie Biutiful depicts an appraising performance by Javier who played the role of a father doing an illegal business and was diagnosed with cancer later. The emotional performance has gained the praise of his Director and is considered to be a break in Javier’s career.
