We all know that witty HBO series of Sex and City featuring Carrie Bradshaw and her three best friends had presented for 100 episodes an image of tasteful, sophisticated and cultured women of urban minded women. While in the first Sex and City film, the women retained this image, the second sequel of the film has projected a different image of the women, especially of Middle Eastern region.
In the new film Sex and City 2 has transformed these very women of the television series into a gaggle of shrieking ugly Americans. These women of the film are seen making fun of Middle Eastern women in their traditional dresses.
The film tells about four sexually liberated women from New York City who travel to Abu Dhabi and shock the society there with their presence. However, the critics are saying that the film is desperately unfunny and crass.
