‘Sons of Anarchy’ wraps its series finale

Well, the fates are decided: Sons of Anarchy has wrapped its final episode. Creator Kurt Sutter tweeted and Instagrammed a photo and thank you to mark the occasion on Oct. 30. The series finale will air Dec. 9.

He also shared a photo of a helicopter used earlier in the day…

And one showing a landscape. The question is, who’s riding through it?

We know Kim Coates (Tig) wrapped Oct. 29, thanks to this photo.

David Labrava (Happy) as well.

Presumably Evan and Ryder Londo, who play Abel, wrapped on Oct. 28, when they gave Labrava this goodbye present. (Is this a good time to mention that 22 percent of fans think Abel will kill Gemma, per a poll in our recap of the most recent episode?)

Tommy Flanagan (Chibs) has tried to keep fans guessing.

Meanwhile, the award for most fun photo during the actual final ride goes to Drea de Matteo (Wendy). The Sons crew loves a good T-shirt…

Runner-up: Tracey Anderson, head of the makeup department, for this behind-the-scenes gem.

For the most emotional shot, we’ll choose this one. Look at the love in the misty eyes.

And, of course, you need the classic middle finger pose:

Sutter—who missed two days directing the series finale thanks to an appendectomy—will reunite with members of the cast, including Charlie Hunnam, on Conan Nov. 11.

Here’s a memorable 2013 appearance by Hunnam.
