Tamera Mowry Engaged To Marry Adam Housley Against Wishes Of Family

Wedding bells are ringing for Sister Sister star Tamera Mowry. The former Strong Medicine actress is engaged to wed Faux Fox News correspondent Adam Housley — despite the loud protests of her twin sister Tia and the rest of the Mowry Clan.

“Adam proposed to Tamera last week in Italy,” a source close to the couple blabbed to E! Online this week. “They were engaged a few years ago, but broke it off. They have been dating on and off for the past year and now he has put a ring on her finger once again.”

Just don’t look for Tamera’s family to plan the bridal shower or pop any champagne over news of the nups. The Mowrys have made no secret of the fact that they are displeased with Tam’s choice of life partner.

“Her family is not crazy about him. Tia and Adam don’t always get along, but the couple are happy together and giving it another try… They haven’t started planning the wedding. But it will most likely be at his family’s vineyard in Napa.”

Tamera is the second Sister Sister twin to make The Wedding March. Tia Mowry wed actor Corey Hardrict in 2007.
